first visit by mrs aliza went well. took just around 30 minutes for the talk. only brief view about schedule that i think can be discuss over the phone. well, maybe there is some reason to go through all the hassle.
anyway the best part is she gave a lot of advices and guides. even treat us (kapes and i) lunch! thanks so much.
