Leave.

A : Yea, senang amik cuti.
B : Kenapa, bukan memang senang?
A : Tak adalah. Sebab jarang ambil cuti.
B : Kenapa tak amil saja cuti.
A : Tak boleh. Nanti tak dapat bonus, susah naik gaji.
B : ...

Wadda! Is it reality or I'm the one dreaming? Leave is benefit given by company to employees. Employees are entitle for that. I can't think of how it can be relate to bonus and increament.

In a year, employee just paid for the working days (which I consider minus the annual leave). And no extra paid even you don't take leave (OT is different issue). That will be free labour for the company.

I think bonus and increament is based on works performance and not the leave application. Please someone enlighten me.

No, it doesn't. Because it just another normal-boring-working-day. Thats why I wonder, is it reality or I'm dreaming. huhu

Thanks raje, but I seriously can't believe that. Seems like I need to adjust my timetable to the majority.

Do the work that suppose to finish just 1 day. Extend to be 2 days. Just to not take leave. For the sake of bonus! LOL
