i got surprised! UTP official layout is changed. ITMS redesign the whole layout and it looks a lot more presentable now.
now, they have some respect from me. now i do think they have some taste in web design. last layout that they changed is the worse ever. i do hope a lot more improvement will come from them from time to time.
** just the layout is not fully compatible with Firefox. else works fine with IE **
