yeah! now my computer fully running by latest Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate. what a great experience.
installation is easy as i dont really have to do any configuration. its start collecting data like password, username and few more. just that and then begin with its installation. lucky me got all hardware support by vista out of the box. no need to search for any driver. overall, you just have to wait less than an hour to get a hand on working vista!
and i took another hour just to install my commonly use application. so far none of it give me problem. at least not a major one.
ahh, there you go. i know you will ask about the license! hell, yeah im not using pirated version. i can download all the update from microsoft heavenly. er, there are lot of updates to fix minor bugs. that is expected. say no to piracy and stay safe!
when talking about most of windows version being not reliable, people will start to point to linux. "why dont you use linux cause more stable?" .. in vista, i didnt get any issue yet, so i will stick to it as it dont really give me trouble in setup (you know linux is really hard to get it all well, rite? at least for me). and why do you need to use linux where most of the application need to be install/run same like the 'old days' with terminal/commandprompt when you have vista where every single task can be done with mouse click?
haih, now come mac fan-boys bashing me said that osx will be just good. ops, sorry. im tired to spend my time learning totally new OS. better fill my time doing my job. and vista suit me well.
hey hey, do i look like a microsoft fan-boy to you? you got it wrong, im just a consumer who will stick to the best product to make my life easy. and i never dump linux to the drain. still using it but just for server. :P
** what am i mumbling about. hope all of you can understand. lol **

welll... wellcome aboard! :D~~
we have been using vista for 2 months now. *Wink*
sure is a cool experience(not that great :P)
what is the best thing you like abut vista? it's tranparent windows (Aerospace theme)? or its GUI?
p.s. i use win 2k theme on my vista machine. bwahahahah >:P
i dont bother much about the aero thingy. its nice but not that good, coz ive seen much better effect on linux (beryl).
the only thing i love is the indexing feature and media management. linux lost a lot in media management.
p.s haiyo, ss got his mac and now someone gonna have one too! *jealous*
